At AntecPlay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your AntecPlay account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
